Zirconia Coating agent is based on sol-gel process which is the state-of-the-art, environment-friendly technology for the surface treatment.

     Environment-Friendly perfectly inorganic compounds contain no heavy metal
      or VOCs.
     Breakthrough Low Temperature curing. Coating membrane(30±5㎛) can be  
      cured at room temp or around 180 ℃.
     Excellent Heat Resistance. No membrane damage or deformation from -50℃
      up to 1700℃.
     Excellent Corrosion, Chemical, Solvent Resistance.
     Excellent Anti-fouling.
     Super Weather Resistance
     Accelerated Sunshine Caron Arc Test show 98% of gloss sustains, featuring
      the semi-permanent life span.
     Excellent Brine Resistance
     Strong membrane Hardness 30±5㎛ of thin coating membrane shows
      excellent pencil hardness rating 9H
