ATO(Antimony Tin Oxide) is P type semiconductor structure material that has holes due to the combination structure where +3 value cation (Sb) is added as dopant among +4 value cation (Sn) lattice.

Through the holes electrons will be delivered. ATO is a TRANSCOM (Transparent Conductive Materials) and it can be applied to anywhere that needs transparent conduction such as display panels, infrared and ultra violet cut-off of construction and vehicles.
